2. Delivery Timeframe (US & International)
We provide shipping services to the United States and most international countries and regions. The overall delivery window for all orders is 10–22 business days after shipment dispatch. Delivery speed varies by destination: US domestic orders usually arrive faster, while international deliveries may take longer due to cross-border customs procedures, regional logistics efficiency, weather changes and other uncontrollable external factors. All delivery times are estimated and not fully guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
CarinaDesk offers free shipping for all orders globally, covering both US domestic and international orders. There is no minimum order amount required to qualify for free delivery. For a small number of remote and inaccessible regions, regional surcharges may apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment completion.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an official shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information will be activated and updated within 24 hours after shipment. If your tracking status is stagnant or fails to update, please feel free to contact our support team for professional assistance.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees imposed by local customs authorities. 6. Delivery Limitations

7. Damaged, Missing or Lost Packages
Customers are required to check package integrity and product condition immediately upon receipt. For packages confirmed lost in transit, we support free reshipment or full order refund as compensation solutions.
8. Order Revision & Cancellation Rules
Customers can modify shipping addresses or cancel orders at no cost during order processing before shipment. Once the package is dispatched and in transit, no order modifications, cancellations or delivery intercepts are allowed. Any expenses and losses caused by customer-initiated refusal of delivery shall be borne by the customer.
